COMMUNITY REVIEWS

it was ok submitted by kkachado on January 30, 2010, 2:07pm I think the hype on this was more than the information presented. It was interesting but I thought it would be better.

Eye opener submitted by roepete on March 29, 2010, 6:35am As a Christian, I'm glad this movie was made because it showed that most Christians don't know how to respond to basic questions on faith without looking foolish. I was hoping that Maher would have asked top Theologians and the Mulsim/Jewish/Mormon,etc equivalent these same questions he asked the regular Joe. I now realize that we should follow what is says in 1 Peter 3:15-16 "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." (NIV)

Religion Examined submitted by johnnyringo on July 5, 2013, 9:37am Religion Examined by a cynic. Pretty funny

What an irritating man submitted by amym on July 1, 2014, 7:18am This movie annoyed me to no end. He ran all over people who have no media experience and made them look absolutely ridiculous. He could have done the same with people who agreed with him completely. He also made the argument that the world would be a much more peaceful place without religion. If people didn't have religion to fight about, they would just fight about something else. For example, the problems would be exactly the same in Northern Ireland without religion - it's all about who has and who wants.
