I absolutely loved this book. While it is actually a sequel to "The Mysterious Matter of I.M. Fine," you can pick it up without reading the first book. The story follows 8th grader Franny Sharp. She and her two siblings have just been invited to Allbright Academy, an extremely prestigious boarding school for very talented kids. But every student in the school seems a little too perfect, and when Franny and her friends discover why, they have to take action to stop the people who are behind this.
Overall, this story is interesting, funny, suspenseful and told in a pleasant first-person narrative. A great read.
this was good submitted by alumeng.ajl on August 7, 2011, 11:23am it was a good book. A tiny bit predictable, but still really interesting. i loved it.
Good submitted by Maria Maguire on July 14, 2012, 11:08am This book is better for younger readers, maybe later elementary school or early middle school. It was kinda predictable and also skipped around a bit. The story is about a group of friends who attend a school that is a little too perfect. They must try to convince adults of what's going on and bring the criminals to justice.
