Exhaustively Informative submitted by Meginator on August 23, 2020, 6:58pm This book is nothing if not exhaustive, covering all of the basics and then some, including methods for pickling specific single vegetables and for making salsas and other similar side dishes. The front matter is essential reading for the novice pickler, covering methods, equipment, and ingredients, though the recipes themselves can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Be aware that many of these recipes are multi-day projects, and planning is definitely a must when tackling them.
