COMMUNITY REVIEWS
walked the walk submitted by unknown on January 23, 2009, 9:10pm I believe that "Good-Night Irene" was the first song that I took an interest in. I was four years old in 1950, when it was at the top of the charts. I'm told that I sang along whenever it was played on the radio. Pete Seeger was a member of the Weavers at the time. This is a fascinating biography of the life, times, art and politics of Seeger. In the extras, there are some family films that document some of his interests. There is a nice section about the Clearwater movement and his sloop.
