Good, despite the influence of Joe Quesada. submitted by Spidon on June 16, 2012, 1:39pm Despite the fact that Joe Quesada, editor-in-chief of Marvel, did terrible things with his One More Day story line, rewriting more than 20 years of Spider-Man lore, Brand New Day is a good read. We see Peter brought back to his roots, in his mid-20s, no money, living with his Aunt May. From there, the "Parker luck" puts him in more dangerous situations and he runs into some new faces. A new red-headed superhero named Jackpot is an obvious red herring made to seem like another particular red-head in Peter's life.

Overall, the story is solid, but I'm still bitter at what Joe Q did.
