Sure, Why Not, It Worked the First Time submitted by Meginator on August 24, 2020, 10:40pm Though this film lacks the element of surprise that make its predecessor so endearing, being substantially similar in its tone and scope, it does manage to raise the stakes and weave a satisfying action-adventure tale that hilariously incorporates elements of U.S. history. This film finds Benjamin Franklin Gates and company facing off against a treasure hunter who possesses evidence that a Gates ancestor may have been a conspirator in the Lincoln assassination. The discovery kicks off a chase across the country that eventually involves the President and a very famous national landmark. The acting is a bit over-the-top, but this fits the exaggerated premise perfectly; the film takes itself just seriously enough to work. This isn’t a great film, but it is so ridiculous that it’s difficult not to have a lot of fun along the way.

National treasure 2 submitted by avrogers1 on June 9, 2023, 4:29pm I really like the national treasure movies! They give me all the Indiana Jones vibes, without Indiana Jones of course. Its jam packed with adventure and has a great storyline. The acting is great! I definitely. Recommend it to my fellow adventure/treasure seeker fans out there.
