Kids enjoy yoga and movement submitted by cherylo on July 15, 2011, 7:24am More like a structured playtime than yoga as adults know it, this video kept my daughter interested even past the age of six. I recommend it to any parent of a preschool to 1st or 2nd grade child as an excellent introduction to yoga or creative movement.
