Good intro submitted by lbflute on July 3, 2016, 8:32pm Excellent introduction to basic workout fitness theory and techniques. Some of the information may be too basic for those with more advanced training, but also a good review, and an interesting read. The exercise guides in the back are a good reference and place to start for those wishing to newly add a regimen.
