Not a self-care video submitted by csmonier on March 3, 2014, 5:47pm I thought this was going to be a video on how to do reflexology massage to yourself, since it was tagged as 'self-care, health'. It is not. It is more a video for experienced massage therapists to learn how to add reflexology massage to the repertoire. It is very explanatory so I think an experienced massage therapist would learn a lot from it. It just didn't meet my needs.
