Good Overview submitted by awooden on August 3, 2011, 2:49pm I thought this book was a great overall overview of knitting techniques that introduced knitters to a variety of different techniques like modular knitting, color knitting, circular, and double-pointed knitting. I enjoyed the layout of the book, but I think that if you are someone who needs more than pictures to get a grasp on new techniques then you may need to supplement the book with online tutorials.

Excellent resource submitted by crazypockets on February 26, 2012, 4:21pm I was really impressed with how comprehensive this book was. It has pretty much everything a knitter would want to know from the very beginner to the most expert level. The diagrams and charts are clear and easy to read, and it also has a fantastic listing of different stitch patterns and cables.
