All of Cat's patterns are clear and direct, though creating your own sock in any of the "architectures" requires some math and flipping around. All the socks shown are gorgeous, and the book gives you the tools to make each construction style your own! As a personal reference for how good this book is, I've had my copy checked out for more than a year! If you like to knit socks, definitely check this out!
