Only Book I've Read Til The End
submitted by Marriizzaa on August 7, 2010, 8:49am
This book actually inspired me to eat healthy and think about eating meat. They describe how animals are tortured and how the FDA is behind helping the meat industry. This book talks about all the lies out there, and how different companies are working together just because they want to make money, and that they don't really care about our health.
This book is also great because it gives you a list of ingredients that are bad for you and good for you, plus a month of what to eat if you want to lose weight! I have lost 25lbs so far because this book has changed my life. You won't want to put it down.
If you need some motivation to be skinny, this book is for you.
oh, so that's why you're vegan submitted by manz on September 24, 2010, 8:31am This is the book that average folks like my aunt (who is a non-reader), who doesn't understand a vegan diet or what the heck my deal is... she actually read it and approached me and shared the fact that she understood where I was coming from. She also said that even though she was shocked by what she read, she would still continue to eat and shop they way she currently does.
Skinny Bitch book submitted by a2sue on July 21, 2019, 2:39pm The book Skinny Bitch assisted me in looking at food/nutrition in a very different way. Great book to check out!
