Great cookbook! submitted by Susan Harrison on July 8, 2007, 9:20pm I read a lot of cookbooks and very few are as exciting as this one. There are so many recipes I read and am very excited to try and experiment with. This cookbook captures, with the masters of it's field, the tastes of today in easily replicated, regional to globe-spanning recipes. Lay out is enticing with sections labelled 'Quick Suppers After a Long Trip' etc. An inspiring cookbook all in all.
