Love the 10-mintue format submitted by cherylo on July 15, 2011, 8:27am The 10 Minute Solution series of exercise videos has an easy to understand format. Each title has a selection of 10-minute segments. You can do one or several in a session, depending on your time, interest, and fitness level. It's a great way to start and ramp up a fitness routine. Some of the titles like this one focus on one type of exercise, some have a mix of styles in one video. This was a fine addition to my exercise rotation, which is mostly Pilates and Yoga.

Like the idea, but... submitted by tlexcen on August 30, 2013, 1:34pm This states it's for beginners and I think a beginner may be challenged by some moves. Especially on the arms segment using weights. I thought some of the moves should be done without weights. Other than that, I like the idea of 10 minute segments.
