An Exciting Science Fiction Book submitted by j.carbon06 on June 26, 2011, 3:19pm This book is about a boy named Otto. Otto is an orphan, and also a genius. When the Prime Minister attempts to close the orphanage where Otto lives, he concocts and executes a hilarious plan to protect the only home he's ever known. But his life changes when he is kidnapped and taken to a place called HIVE, the Higher Institute of Villainous Education, a school to train young evil geniuses. Once there, he learns he will be stuck at HIVE for the next few years of his life. This notion makes him want to escape. He befriends several other students, and they begin a plan so elaborate that it could never be devised by anyone but a student at HIVE.
This book is creative and exciting. The characters are enjoyable, and the plot is solid. This makes a great adventure. I can't wait to read the rest of the books.

awesome submitted by can1410 on July 24, 2011, 5:20pm hive is a great book everybody should read

everyone's smart here submitted by Bookbird on August 24, 2014, 7:45pm Quite the story/institute. H.I.V.E. is for the training of the world's future villains... Kind of reminds me of Artemis Fowl, only this is strictly technological with AI and stealth shuttles. No magic here, just super-intelligence kids.

flipped! submitted by lollycandy on August 30, 2014, 11:21am in this kind of book, the hero's are the villains.
