Nice range of flavors, variation on basic recipe submitted by willow on July 17, 2016, 8:28am Lebovitz has a straight forward recipe, which underpins his variations. They are an imaginative range, from Vietnamese coffee to apricot to green tea, but they are fundamentally flavorings on top of the basic vanilla. So master that, and then add in whatever you want. He also has a range of interesting mix ins / swirl ins, as well as sauces and accompaniments (like cones). A nice collection, and definitely useful to have as a library owned volume to consult.
