Binh has two main dreams. She wants to go to school, and she wants to visit America. Binh's half-American aunt comes to her house. Binh expects her to bring presents from America, but to her disappointment, her aunt brings none. Binh must learn to be patient and work towards her dreams. This book is very well written. It portrays life in Vietnam very well.
