Great Film On Many Levels submitted by KidBlue on August 16, 2021, 2:20pm The Loneliness of the Long-Distance Runner, a British film, is on one of my favorite movies.
It can be seen as a character study, a psychological film, or about economic class in post-war Britain.
It has one of the greatest endings to a movie I've ever seen. The last scene figuratively packs a punch.

Great Movie, saw it first when I was in high school, identified with its title. submitted by Tassos on December 3, 2022, 9:04am Saw it again, short but good, the inevitable god-damned violins at times in the background, in the fashion of that age, but overall, excellent and worth seeing.
