Great for Science and History Nerds

Einstein is more of a legend than a man to many of us who have heard his name tossed around as a synonym for genius - so it was refreshing and fascinating to hear the story of his life - the loves, disappointments, mistakes, brilliance and all.
Isaacson does a nice job of explaining how Einstein made his discoveries (when possible) and of simplifying the concepts to explain them to his readers. The book is enjoyably readable and the subject captivating.
