Matisse submitted by 0liviap0pp on August 21, 2011, 10:41am I love Matisse's artwork.
Don't Like It submitted by jarroyo on August 9, 2012, 11:21pm I don't really like this print. I don't like the bright blue. I don't really get it.
Matisse and Icons submitted by timdufresne on August 8, 2018, 12:00pm Matisse tends to use deceptively simple images and objects in many of his paintings. This image is a classic of that form. This simple human figure captures movement and grace that, coupled with the title "Jazz" encourages deeper thought on the movement, accompanying symbols and the significance of the color choices. Captures the subject of the book well.
