An alien, from a distant planet, lands in Wisconsin and arrives at the remote cabin of Jenny Hayden, a distraught young widow. The alien (Starman) convinces her to drive him to Arizona, explaining that if he is not picked up by his mothership in three days he will die. En route, Starman demonstrates the power of universal love, while Jenny rediscovers her human feelings for passion.

Good submitted by crazypockets on August 11, 2013, 1:12pm This was a fairly odd movie, but I really enjoyed it. Mostly because of Jeff Bridges' performance.

Better than good... submitted by tbbrown76 on July 26, 2014, 4:19pm this movie really is heartbreaking (when he can't bring back her husband), funny (the whole Stoplight Incident) and entertaining (when he brings back the deer to life and the hunter is mad).
