Great Begining - But Drags
submitted by Jan Wolter on June 17, 2013, 10:20pm
The start of this book was so funny and wonderful, such a worthy sequel to the original, that before I read any further on my own, I started reading it aloud to my kids.
But then folks arrive back in Neverland, and things go wrong. Peter is not Peter. Neverland is not Neverland. Things need to be fixed. It takes the rest of the book to do it, which means that the rest of the book is sorely missing the magic that makes the original Peter Pan soar. Sorry, not very much fun.
