If you like your revenge westerns gruesome submitted by Tom on January 22, 2007, 10:32pm your gonna like this. I loved this movie, it's not for the faint of heart, it doesn't follow any of the rules that constrain the creativity and passion of major releases these days. It's an intersting story played out in graphic and sometimes horrifying detail. Guy Pearce is excellent as usual and with the exception of the older brother i can't think of any mediocre performances.The movie "feels" right..... late 1800's Austrailia strikes as a place that you will be glad you were born to late to visit. 2 thumbs up 4.5 stars....this new system needs 1/2 points.
