Forceful Piano Duets submitted by Meginator on June 28, 2018, 7:53pm This music is forceful and moving by turns, using the whole range of the piano to evoke various moods throughout the pieces. Quite a few of the pieces utilize cacophony, but it usually comes around to a more traditionally comprehensible melody. Bolcom’s compositions utilize a lot of different styles, and have complex storytelling power; you can really feel the force of the music.
