Disappointing Diary submitted by Slider on January 31, 2015, 3:29pm From the title, I expected this book to be about how to overcome /how women overcame body criticism. Instead, it's mainly a catalog of all the things women hate about their bodies. It's written in a flip style which I found distracting. Unless you just want to read dozens of accounts of maladjusted body images and ways women disrespect their bodies, with few healthy examples, don't bother.
