This is a relatively good book and continues soon after the first book ends. It's a good series for those who like worlds with wizards and magic.

Septimus' brother, Simon, turned to the Darke and also has the legendary flyte charm that enables him to "fly".

Great Second Book

Flyte is the second book in the Septimus Heap series. Septimus Heap starts as a new apprentice to the Extraordinary Wizard while Jenna has finally settled down with Sarah and Silas, her adoptive parents, in the Palace. Simon Heap, Septimus' brother, turns to the Darke and DomDaniel to try to get to the top of the Wizard Tower. Flyte is another great book in the Septimus Heap series.
