The 8-track tape used in the 1st work was produced under the direction of Luigi Nono and Hans Peter Haller; the final version of the tape is based on the solo part recorded by Gidon Kremer and was prepared by Sofia Gubaidulina and Gidon Kremer in Freiburg.
