batman submitted by nasuaada on July 26, 2011, 7:02am batman is one of the best superheroes ever

Love this! submitted by hbc414 on August 20, 2013, 9:39am This is somewhat of a departure from a traditional Batman comic, but if you like David McKean (he worked on Gaiman's Sandman) you'll probably like the style. The story is fantastic - very dark. And if you enjoy playing video games, reading this adds a much darker note to Batman: Arkham Asylum (not surprising, as the story influenced the game to some degree).

Appropriately Twisted submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 19, 2014, 8:08pm An appropriately twisted entry into the Batman oeuvre. Dave McKean and Grant Morrison are no strangers to the weird, and they bring it. Weird, creepy, nightmarish. It's not one I like to reread, but no denying its influential place and it deserves its reputation as a must-read for the older/adult audience of Batman fans.
