The issues often include brief interviews and pieces of advice that focus primarily on the effect of arthritis but also branch out into more general wellness-related topics. Articles are generally short and broadly focused, making this magazine well-suited for skimming. The scientific panelists seem to have legitimate credentials and overall this is a decently good, if limited, resource for its narrow target audience.
