Supporting actor Billy Bob Thornton great performance submitted by ccrose on July 13, 2019, 12:29am Two brothers both live in their hometown. Thornton is, by appearances, ‘simple’ but he gets the big picture quickly when his brother comes across a small-engine plane crashed in a snowy woods, the pilot dead in his seat and behind him is a case full of money. Thornton doesn’t like his brother’s idea to hide the money and lay low. They play it out though, a simple plan that goes horribly wrong. I like Thornton's ability to comprehend big truths that his college-educated brother just didn’t see. It ends not so simply with four people dead and the ‘smart’ brother haunted by what he started.
