OK submitted by alumeng.ajl on July 23, 2012, 2:44pm This was alright. It's definitely not my favorite. It probably goes in my Bottom Five of Disney movies.

Pocahontas submitted by SBNB on July 31, 2012, 11:06pm When I was a kid, I really enjoyed this movie. The songs are fun and make you want to sing along. Yes, it's not incredibly accurate, but it's a nice story and a good Disney movie.

Beautiful submitted by Motomori on June 23, 2013, 2:45pm Beautiful movie

Magical story of love and togetherness submitted by Josie Brown on July 8, 2013, 12:02pm Great movie for all ages

childhood memories submitted by wdevor on July 29, 2013, 4:03pm This was one of my favorite movies growing up. I could never get over the thrill of every scene. Colors of the wind is probably one of my favorite songs from this movie

Loved the movie, flawed ideas submitted by kittenkat101 on August 6, 2013, 2:51pm I loved this movie growing up. As an adult, I find many of the liberties that Disney took with the story problematic such as romanticizing the story and not implicating the disastrous long-term effects that colonizers had on the first peoples. That being said, it is a movie I loved as a child so I have very complicated feelings about it. It's worth watching, just make sure that you are aware of the truth behind the Disney.

just around the river bend submitted by FlowerPots on August 31, 2014, 9:43pm quite enjoyed this when i was younger - loved pocahontas independence and imagination, however i do find the major inaccuracies problematic. it could possibly be used as a jumping off point for discussions on american history.

The One of The Best Disney Princess Movie submitted by drewy234432 on June 17, 2015, 8:34am Out of all of the Disney Princess movies, this is the most interesting and the the movie that portrays women in the best way. I have many fond memories of this movie from my childhood and if you liked the other princess movies, you will like these.
