COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Good if you bake for large groups, or people who like giant items submitted by willow on July 29, 2014, 7:25pm The recipes in here call for HUGE amounts of butter, sugar, flour, and so forth, and usually make enough for a bake sale. Example: biscuits -- 4 c flour, 2 sticks butter, 2 c cream...and that makes one dozen. Lemon bars recipe uses a pound of butter, 8 eggs, and is made in a giant sheet pan. When she made this on her TV show with a guest, he made fun of the quantities. You will also be expected to make up big batches of streusel, and dole out some of it on your coffee cake, instead of aimply making enough for that recipe. All the usual suspects are here, and they are Martha-approved.
