How did I miss this GREAT movie all those decades? submitted by Tassos on May 15, 2021, 10:01am I remember hearing about this movie when it came out or shortly after, I was in high school at the time. But somehow 5 decades had passed and I never bothered to see it until now.

This is an EXCELLENT movie. Not your average retarded 'teen school' movie. Not "animal House", which is actually the best of the retarded ones. But really good.

Maggie Smith, who is still alive today, was indeed.. in her prime in that movie. Not physical-wise, because she was 3only 35 but looked at least 45. But in her acting.

The script was excellent too, and we wish there was more of it. The exact opposite of the typical movie that bores you to death with its inane dialogues or lack thereof, and the god-awful musical score. Not a problem here.

So as you can obviously see, I think you all should put this movie in your bucket list, if not see it ASAP.
