One of the best submitted by SaraP on August 1, 2019, 11:05am Of all the Disney live action films (and I've seen most of them), this is definitely in the top five.

So Fun to Watch! submitted by gem on August 10, 2019, 1:43pm I enjoyed watching this so much--especially the honey mess! It was great to see the story develop and how something like this could really happen. This is a classic!

I loved this movie as a kid submitted by GJBarnett2 on September 28, 2021, 1:57pm and now I can't imagine why. Maybe because it's an adolescent empowerment fantasy. A classic deconstructionist attack on family. Separating identical twins at birth so each divorcing parent can "have" one simply treats them as interchangeable property and says nothing good about either parent. Smart manipulative women, really stupid bumbling men. Father is, when not actually amused, truly oblivious to his daughters' bullying of his own fiancee, in some cases actually endangering her. Those cute bear cubs licking the honey which the cute daughters poured on fiancee's feet while she slept perhaps have a less amused mother bear nearby. Hayley Mills' was really cute but the twins she plays are ruthlessly manipulative. Not a likeable character in the bunch.

My favorite edition submitted by Abbie D. on July 9, 2022, 10:50am Not the most inspirational characters, manipulative twins, parents who split the twins and never told them about each other, gold digger fiancé. But! It's just a fun movie that's not really made to be analyzed like that. It's a fun story and nobody gets hurt, besides maybe the fiancé's mental health haha! I enjoyed this movie a lot.
