A girl climbs a tree in the rainforest saying goodnight to all the creatures, but it is really her bunkbed as she settles down with all her stuffed animals.

High Five! submitted by rsivaraj on August 19, 2011, 3:54pm So much fun to read - and the pictures and expressions of the girl are fantastic as well.
Very Cute submitted by fireflynights on June 20, 2013, 5:30pm This story is very cute and the pictures are wonderful. My daughter loves reading about animals that don't normally appear in other books. It is a bit reminiscent of Goodnight, Moon but not necessarily in a bad way. You can just tell there is the influence.
Hypnotic submitted by Sara W on August 29, 2015, 8:46pm The repetition in this book manages to hypnotize my toddler, so it's become a favorite to read during meals or just before bed. A little girl climbs up a tall green tree, meeting unusual jungle animals each step of the way. We haven't encountered many kinkajous or hairy sloths in other animal books, so the creature population in this title is pretty refreshing. I also enjoy that it's a bedtime book that isn't all about getting ready for bed. It's more subtle so that when we get to the end and the little girl gets in bed, we are kind of ready for bed too, without all the overt suggestion of impending bedtime that other bedtime books can bring. Great illustrations and examples of imagination too.
