It had been less than a year since the first man walked on the Moon, but to the American public, Apollo 13 was just another "routine" space flight. This is a fantastic movie, you almost feel like you are right there while it is happening. Tests engineering theory in reality.

an the winner is...

I was more happy see this had stood as glorified example from whence we'd come, lived, & were going in the shooting style afforded! It's a visually appealing film if something of the realm extraordinary is found lacking then let stand as a tribute or testament!
