Pure Country/Rock submitted by kencza on July 23, 2019, 3:00pm The addition of Gram Parsons to the Byrds led to a style of music seldom heard on turntables of the young in the late 60's. These songs were mostly interpretations of others artists songs but done in a fashion unheard previously. Parsons penned two originals including the classic "Hickory Wind". This newer recording version includes outtakes that are interesting but I'll take the original set without the afterthoughts.
