Broad view of hair care submitted by willow on August 14, 2016, 7:10am This book, part of the American Girl series that is quite direct and informative, includes some good information about hair care, including the roles of nutrition and hygiene. It also features a variety of styles, and the photos show girls of a variety of backgrounds, skin colors, and hair types, including sleek ultra-straight hair, wavy hair, and natural black hair, although basically the styles are for those with hair to the shoulders or longer. Does not include chemical processing.
