Ann Arbor Band Makes Great Music submitted by KidBlue on July 14, 2018, 1:17pm If you have even a passing interest in country rock ānā roll, or if the idea of a bunch of hippies invading the sound of country music and making it their own and proving they also still know how to rock ānā roll, this album is essential. And yes they are from Ann Arbor. You want influences? Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys, Elvis, George Jones, the Andrew Sisters, Bessie Smith, honky-tonk, Buddy Holly and who knows what else. This album is a blast of a good time!
