It was, surprisingly, a very good movie.

I remember watching this in orchestra at the end of the year. I knew Mozart since I was little and since sixth grade I have been fascinated by Mozart's genius. However, I did not expect Mozart to be a player. The actor who played him did an EXCELLENT job portraying Mozart. His laugh always leaves me cracking up. The movie overall is very good, and the musical selections were right on the spot. Mozart was not killed by Salieri, however, even though that was a major part of the movie.
