THE Best Book! submitted by carolynherrmann on August 21, 2015, 6:10am This book is concise and simple. It has 10 powerful little exercises you can stop and do for a few seconds to a few minutes when you are feeling stressed. They really work! I can't imagine that there is anyone out there who would NOT benefit from reading this book and implementing some of the authors suggestions.
