Zombielicious Goodtime Fun submitted by mrmalade on January 29, 2008, 4:44pm A truly delectable romp that is both a send up of the zombie genre as well as a fabulous addition to it.

Great submitted by semartin on August 26, 2012, 6:22pm The first zombie movie that I have found that I actually enjoyed. Simon Pegg is a comedic genius.

Shaun of the Dead submitted by mk31 on July 27, 2014, 7:23pm A hilarious zombie movie. Better than Hot Fuzz, but not as good as The World's End. Pegg is amazing as usual.

Funny submitted by Kaydence paige on August 16, 2014, 7:18pm Funny movie with even funny "hidden" messages!

SOFD submitted by a2sue on August 13, 2015, 11:14pm "Shaun of the Dead" is a fun British zombie film!

So funny submitted by paladinpit on August 29, 2019, 8:21pm This is my favorite zombie movie. It’s so hilarious! The.best part involves Queen towards the end of the film.

Shaun the nerdy zombie killer submitted by ccrose on September 2, 2019, 10:57pm This is a funny not so serious play on the dumb parts of zombie movies. Shaun is a store clerk and his roomie is his longtime friend and slob, Nick Frost of The Full Monty fame. In their village Shaun has girlfriend troubles and his boss puts him down. But when zombies show up, he takes the lead, he rounds up his girlfriend his mum, Nick the slob and a couple silly friends to hide out in the pub. He uses his wits and manages to come out of it alive.
The best dialogue is between Simon Pitt and Nick Frost, both inclined to play video games instead of more mature things like look for better job or apologize to a girlfriend.
There are lots of clever one liners and zombie beatings with creative weapons. They kill one with a phonograph record by Sade. It’s tame enough for kids eight or so. Most zombie makeup is really pretty poorly done deliberately to play up the silliness of the plot. Just need to be in the right mood to enjoy the goof offs.

zombie movies are for utter morons and this, unfortunately, is no exception. Could only endure 49 minutes of it. submitted by Tassos on October 22, 2019, 7:27am The only reason I borrowed this DVD was SIMON PEGG the lead actor. Unfortunately, there is too little he can do in this MORONIC movie. I quit after 49 minutes of almost utterly wasted valuable time. (I multitasked)

Classic submitted by Princess Cimorene on July 23, 2020, 4:59pm I love the sense of humor in this movie, and the acting. It's a classic! Definitely one of the best zombie movies out there.
