Delicious submitted by willow on August 22, 2015, 7:08am This book is huge! Haedrich has tons of different pies in here, almost too many. I have tried several and they are good. There are a variety of different crusts and his explanations are clear. He also has a website where he demonstrates some of his techniques, and he's now running a pie getaway for a really hands on experience. I think you can get a lot out of this book, especially if you see a few videos.
