A book can be more exciting

Good start but gets a little bit boring. Moves slowly. The story can be laid out in a more exciting way.

Nice adaptation

"The Secret Garden" is my #1 favorite book of all time, so when it comes to other adaptations of the story, I tend to be fairly critical. However, this adaptation was fairly well done. They definitely changed some things from what they were in the book, but I think they still did a fairly good job of it. Kate Maberly does well at playing Mary the brat and then Mary who comes alive with the garden. Heydon Prowse also plays a good job at being the invalid who's also a spoiled little brat.

There are things in the book that are missing from the movie that I would've liked to have seen included, but all in all it was well done.

Great

A book with mystery around every corner. I couldn't out it down.
