Funny submitted by andreahubert on June 29, 2012, 10:50pm This was a hilarious movie with amazing acting.

Classic submitted by carcarcar on July 30, 2012, 10:12am This movie is a classic comedy with an all star cast. Hank Azaria steals the show whenever he's on screen, & it does a great job of showing a disfunctional family. You'll laugh a LOT!

Never fails to make me laugh submitted by klickitat on August 19, 2012, 11:05pm I watch this movie at least once a year. Never fails to make me laugh.

Look for the original French version La Cage Aux Folles.

Terrific submitted by semartin on August 26, 2012, 6:03pm This is one of my favorite Robin Williams movies. Absolutely worth watching. The ensemble cast does great together, never a dull moment.

Fun submitted by Zekicmom on June 26, 2013, 7:12pm Wonderful cast, lots of moments I could watch again and again and still find funny. Hank Azaria is hilarious!

Funny film submitted by beeniepie on August 27, 2014, 8:15pm This was the first LGBT film I saw as a kid and loved it. I love the conflict that ensues when the two families meet.

Birdcage submitted by KSB2013 on July 10, 2016, 10:54am Robin williams and funny, although less by today's standards

The Birdcage submitted by avrogers1 on July 6, 2018, 7:56pm I LOVE this movie! Now I may be a little bit biased because I am a huge Robin Williams fan, which is what made me watch this movie in the first place, but its always been a favorite of mine! I would watch it all the time when they used to play it on TV. Robin Williams paired with this cast sure do deliver some laughs! All in all its a great movie!

Iconic submitted by anacoluthon on August 18, 2018, 2:46am What a hilarious movie. I love Robin Williams and Nathan Lane, and what could be better than the two of them together!

hilarious submitted by LVDS on August 11, 2019, 8:24pm a fun eve of laughs....what gays have to go through, some of the old story, still the new story.

A favorite submitted by RebeccaWittekindt on July 14, 2023, 7:35am Loved this when it came out, love it even more now. One of the most fun movies I’ve ever seen. It’s also one that can cheer me up anytime I’m having a rough day. Nathan Lane should have been nominated for this. Not the biggest fan of Futterman’s character trying to hide his parents’ gayness, but otherwise this was so beautifully done. Azaria’s character was always a joy, and Hackman’s unraveling at the end was hilarious.
