Miss Congeniality is good for some short laughs and a good time, especially if watched with friends. Sandra Bullock does a nice job as she is transformed from a boring, sloppy FBI agent into the runner-up of the Miss United States pageant. She does it all while solving a wild, blow-up-bombs type of crime.
