Jenna makes a wish on her 13th birthday to be 30 and grown up. When she wakes up the next day she finds herself, miraculously, just weeks away from her 30th birthday. The new, older Jenna is a successful magazine editor with friends in high places and a lion's share of potential suitors. The problem is that her mind hasn't matured with her body and Jenna finds it a little more terrifying than cool to be living on her own.
DVD, Region 1, widescreen presentation; Dolby Digital 5.1 surround.

Fun submitted by aschling on January 22, 2010, 2:30pm Have you ever wished to be an older age than your current age? 13 year old Jenna did, and learned a lot when her wish came true. Because she still had the mind of a 13 year old, some situations in the movie are really funny. It is also interesting because she finds out what happens if she becomes friends with the "popular girls" at her school, like she hoped to, instead of keeping her best friend. Would your life be different if you could have seen your 30 year old self when you were 13? Who knows, but this lighthearted movie might make you laugh!

Cute Movie submitted by andreahubert on June 27, 2012, 9:51pm This movie was refreshingly cute, since most movies seem to make characters younger.

Fun submitted by alumeng.ajl on July 17, 2012, 7:15pm This movie was really fun. Jennifer Garner was completely perfect in the role. I was laughing out loud often, and I really liked the film.

Cute submitted by Amber Kinder on June 15, 2013, 4:13pm Cute and entertaining.

Nostalgic submitted by crazypockets on July 15, 2013, 3:11pm This is another guilty pleasure movie, yet it's also oddly smart in some ways. It's a fun movie for 80s kids to get nostalgic over, too.

Fun movie submitted by beeniepie on August 11, 2013, 3:34pm What a great updates homage to Big. Jennifer Garner does an excellent job playing a 13 year old in a 30 year old body.

fun movie submitted by Jackie77 on August 24, 2015, 8:03pm Female version of the movie Big. It was a cute movie. Lots of laughs. Great acting.

Great movie-similar to a lot of other movies plot line though submitted by czadams on July 24, 2023, 1:17am I like her character development.
It follows a similar plot to the Tom Hanks movie Big
This is similar to 17 again as well. It's a little more modern than Big but not as modern as 17 again.
They each have their own little twist even though all have time travel.
