90s submitted by crazypockets on July 24, 2013, 12:59pm If you are ever curious what it was like to be a 20-something in the 90s, check this movie out. It's THE movie of the grunge generation in the 90s. It deals with all those issues of trying to get a job, not wanting to conform to the yuppie parents' ideals, AIDS testing, and MTV. I still cringe when Winona Ryder whines about her salary, but other than that, there's Ethan Hawke at his grungy best.

A must-see film submitted by mcreader on August 10, 2018, 11:22am This is a excellent film. The plot deals with a group of young adults in the 1990's finding their paths in the world. Several topics are addressed in the film in a realistic, straightforward way. It is a very relatable film. The actors absorb their characters --- it feels as though they're not acting. Also, the music is great. Enjoy this very entertaining film!

Maybe the worst of the 90s Gen X films submitted by irenzero on July 31, 2020, 8:22pm you know all those lies that boomers pushed about Gen X in the 90s.. yeah that is this movie... a group of recent college grads who are entitled are not happy with their life prospects.. this isn't smart enough to be Kicking and Screaming/Glory Daze, it lacks the heart fo Singles or the work ethic of Clerks and Empire Records... all of those films were about Gen X dealing with/ putting up with the hand they were dealt, where this... this... falls so flat and is so disjointed and really just forget about it.. Don't believe the hype this isn't the Gen X film you are looking for...
