Impressive documentary submitted by cathiek on July 12, 2011, 10:34am You can learn a lot about the culture of surfing in this documentary. And the camerawork is impressive and awe-inspiring.

Wish That I Was There submitted by Meginator on June 28, 2017, 9:00pm This is one of those documentaries that really makes you wish that you were out there with its subjects. The camera work is fantastic and the feats are truly awe-inspiring, to say nothing of the sheer amount of fun everyone seems to be having. I loved that the filmmakers concentrated on different geographical areas outside of traditional surfing hotspots, providing a deeper and more honest examination of surfing cultures around the world. I wanted to jump into the water immediately after watching this film and I have much better appreciation of surfing than I did previously.

This documentary is an especially good entry point if you're interested in learning more about surfing. It's very well done.
