COMMUNITY REVIEWS

A must watch movie submitted by mathari on November 10, 2007, 5:46am A different kind of movie.

Maybe My Favourite Movie Ever submitted by John J. Madonna on January 24, 2008, 4:51pm I remember when I first saw trailers for this movie, it looked like something I would want to see. And when I saw it, I was just blown away. It's one of those movies that has everything. Giants, war, magic, fantasy, and true love. And underneath the entire story is a framework of a son trying to make amends with his dying father. When I saw this movie, I decided I wanted to see everything Tim Burton did, because anyone who could make something like this knows what he's doing.

The ending of this movie is one of the three movies moments that can actually move me to tears.

Very good submitted by kelleyc on July 12, 2016, 5:11pm Very unusual, very intriguing.

BIG Fish submitted by avrogers1 on June 20, 2017, 11:35am This was such a good movie. It was full of adventurous out of this world stories... that all turned out to be true in the end.

As Good as the Book submitted by sushai on June 17, 2018, 8:22am I never like a movie more than the book, but in this case I saw the movie first and read the book afterward and loved both of them. This is Tim Burton at his best.

Not as good as the musical submitted by tcrbondy on August 4, 2018, 1:34pm This movie is fun and endearing and fantastical! I think like many movies vs the musical itself, the stage shines, but still a fun movie for anyone who likes old tales and stories of family
